Slime game 010

A small update, now the player and enemy can hurt each other.

A small fix on player and enemy collisions

Health and Crystal bar now are working, Life counter isnt active yet

Player will die if health reach 0, no reset available on game yet, need to reopen the game for restart the level.

The yellow creature you will see in the map is supposed to be a ally, he can be a plataform later in game as a help to the player.
